We aim to send your package within 48 hours and delivered within approximately 3-10 business days thereafter depending on your location via registered mail. When possible a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

For shipping outside of EU, the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes for shipments. VAT (Value Added Tax) or import fees are determined at local customs and are out of our control. As such, the customer needs to pay any/all applicable VAT fees.

If you for some reason don't collect your package in time when delivered to the destination and it is sent back to us, we unfortunately need to collect a fee for this.

Not collected within EU: €15.00

Not collected outside EU: €15.00
